[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#12343) applying changes of fulltrade and notrade at once in the gtk2 client fails

if i am connected to a server and press on 'More Game Options' then on 
'Economics' change both, fulltrade and notrade value ( of course 
notrade<fulltrade) and then press ok, i get the following error:

We have control of the server (command access level hack)
player: 'set notradesize 8'
/set: notradesize must be always smaller than fulltradesize; keeping old 
value.
player: 'set fulltradesize 17'
Option: fulltradesize has been set to 17


shouldn't it apply the change of fulltradesize first, then change notradesize?
this behavior is especially annoying when starting a scenario game from the 
gtk2-client, as i can see the error-message the first time after the game 
already 
started
