1. Pollution popup not i18n'd
2. citizens are always listed even when they don't matter
3. don't make a sum when there is only one term
4. trade=3 because of 3 citizens seems wrong
5. only the numbers are sensible, not the word
6. the optical presentation is ... improvable
7. The text is too small! (Vasco's recent fix?). If these numbers have any
importance, make them bigger. This refers to the output text *and* the
popup.
8. Proportional text causes numbers being not in column.
