First, it doesn't build (but the fix is trivial);
second, the worklist functions are messed up (click on barracks,
it orders up a settler, etc).
third, what it claims to have on the worklist is messed up

Should we simply stop supporting it, now that we have the gtk-2 client
in good shape?  By "stop supporting it" I mean it requires not only 
--enable-gtk-client but also --enable-bitrot or some such option.
