I suggest one of the following to do:

Either let a single click on a preset activate it. The Activate button can
be used in case you move the sliders and not define a preset for.

Or let a double click on a preset activate it. A single click will select a
preset, which can be activated with the Activate button.

What we have now - double click *and* button click to activate it, is bad.

Also the feedback is bad: you can only see it from the both buttons down
left - text greyed or not.

Either in the up right table, you can write in big letters, ACTIV or
INACTIV, or I'd just say make a big rectangle red or green, even if it hurts
all style guides.

Better is an improved graphical element for the switch, kind of an oversized
ON / OFF button:

Just create something fancy.
