CVS 17 JAN 2005 S2_0 GTK2

For a longer time, the expand all button in the tech help browser give
problems: when I have a 'red' tech line in the window, and click 'expand
all', it will take an extraordinary time for a response. I've got the
impression, that it even takes longer in german locale. The cpu meter does
*not* show a visible load. Maybe you even have to click multiple times *and*
wait.

Just start a game, go help->technology->Atomic Theory->expand all
