freeciv-2.0.0-beta6 prints messages such as:

    "Learned Writing.  Our scientists focus on Writing, goal is Writing."

Obviously scientists won't focus on Writing after learning Writing,
and the goal has never been Writing, either. It seems that the same
string is accidentally repeated three times.

These messages appear both in the "Chat" and "Messages" windows.
