Hi,

Here is a bug I found in freeciv-2.0.0-beta6. An example:

    - Run "civclient".

    - "Start New Game".

    - change "Number of Players" to, say, 10.

    - change "AI Skill Level" to, say, "hard".

    - "Start", "Ok".

Now the game starts and I get 9 hard AI players, as expected.
    Fine, let's continue.

    - "Game / Leave", "Ok".

    - "Start New Game".

Now the settings are already just as I want them to be. "Number of
Players" is 10, "AI Skill Level" is "hard". Looks good.

    - "Start", "Ok".

Now the game starts but I get 4 novice AI players.

Freeciv is built by running "./configure
--prefix=$HOME/opt/freeciv-2.0.0-beta6", "make", "make install". The
system is Debian Linux, up-to-date Debian unstable.

Best regards,

    Jukka
