In the win32 client, if you have a list that you're supposed to select
an item from (like the city production tab, the city report, or the
players report) you may only select from it by clicking on the lefmost
column in the list.  This clearly seems flawed; clicking anywhere on the
list should select from it.

Also in the change-production dialog in the city dialog there is no
entry in the list selected by default.  The current production should be
selected.  So if you open the dialog the "change" button can be pressed
but it does nothing.
