I got another crash today playing the current CVS HEAD code.  

Assertion failed: (id) >= 0 && (id) < game.num_unit_types, file
unittype.c, line 452

This was when I clicked on Reports -> Units

I have the core and a recent save.  Let me know what you need to debug this.
