What other games have autogames, and autogames that can continue from
savegames as if they were started from scratch even?

It has nothing to do with autogames. In most games if you save the game and then reload and follow the same actions afterwards, you'll get the same results. But in Freeciv a whole host of data is different if you reload. AI data is only a part of it.
