As the Norwegian users couldn't set their locale with YaST anyway,
they had to edit it manually with a text editor. Therefore I hope
they are proficient enough to find out themselves what the problem
is and change the language specific settings themselves.

Trying to do that automatically will probably result in just another
very ugly hack. And it will not work in all cases anyway, we cannot
fix the problem automatically if the user did set his own locale for
example in ~/.profile.
