CVS 18 DEC 2004 S2_0 GTK2, also seen in HEAD
When a new tech is researched, this piece of code in plrhand.c
notify_player_ex(plr, NULL, E_TECH_LEARNED,
_("Game: Learned %s. "
"Our scientists focus on %s, goal is %s."),
get_tech_name(plr, tech_found),
get_tech_name(plr, plr->research.researching),
get_tech_name(plr, plr->ai.tech_goal));
gives 3 times the name of the just researched tech.
