  Can you remember when exactly it segfaulted? Were you already pressed 
'B'? Had an city name dialog?

  Saved game indeed gave some clues why map was revealed.

  Client crashed -> server decided that game is over due to lack of 
players -> map was revealed to everyone and final save was made.
