Hi!

I don't know whether it is really a bug, but the AI behaviour is weird. 
It is possible to trade cities against technology and there seems to be 
no limit. So, I could acquire nearly all of the cities of AI-Players 
(level experimental) by giving them new technology. Probably the only 
limit is that the capital cannot be traded. Furthermore, the loss of 
economy and production the AI-Players suffer after this trade is by no 
means compensated by the few teechnologies they receive.
