I also think the timeout should not be used to discipline newbies. It would
rather make them go and never come back. Even with some solo experience you
need some time to get customed with the online game. And that means you need
more than 40 seconds sometimes.

So I'm for a greater timeout or put it off. Just tell the other players
where the turn done button is and what it is good for ;-)

What else can we do? Newbie servers and cracks servers?
