I downloaded beta3 and it seems that this bug is fixed. Thanks.

Sure. I'm not sure witch savegame it was but it was on of these two.

On moment I'm running beta3 on Windows XP and it is working but it also
takes a lot of resources (memory and cpu time).
CivClient ~ 55MB ram
CivServer ~ 70MB ram
