    Win32 2.0.0 Beta3; two different savegames (different turns in
same game); W98SE; client and server on same PC.

    The sequence of actions is relevant.  One sequence gets a crash;
another doesn't. Connecting the client to the server *before*
loading the savegame seems to cause the problem.

Crash sequence:

    Start server. Start client. Connect client to server (using
default parameters). After client connects, load savegame (from
server window). Client crashes. Server reports lost connection.

Non-crash sequence:

    Start server. Start client. Load savegame (from
server). Connect client to server (using default parameters).
After client connects, enter "start" on server window.

    The crash sequence is repeatable. The resulting civlient.rpt
files were nearly identical (only the time and a fs= value were
different, IIRC).
