Using the win32 build of Freeciv 2.0.0 Beta 2 under Windows XP:

Default settings, playing single human player.

All windows seem to use the Windows default application icon, which 
represents a white window with a blue title bar.

Suggest as first improvement all windows use a simple freeciv icon, like 
for example the hut icon used for the website.
