[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#10718) input focus in CMA tab

In the city window, CMA tab, when making *new* preset, the dialog that pops
up shows the preset name input field *hilited* (iE the default text has grey
but not blue background). This is looking as if the input focus is there (as
it should be), but it isn't. I need to place the cursor manually and delete
given default text.

All this with Debian Sarge and IceWM (no KDE or GNOME)
