Hi there,

again we had a test match - this time we found a couple
of bugs. We were playing 6 humans (3 vs 3) + 6 ai, All
players used the gtk2 client.

The bug list:

a) server crash

The server crashed once. An assert message told some
thing about "aliance-check failed" ... I can send
you the exact assert string if you need it.

b) diplomat proble

One human player found himself unable to do something
with his diplomats; at the beginning they worked
fine; but at "some moment" in the game two things
   happened:

   - when he moved his diplomat against an enemy city,
the dialog ("incite revot", "establish embassy", ...)
did not appear. In fact; nothing happened at all.
   - when he tried to move his diplomat in an allied
city; nothing happened. The diplomat simply
     did not move.

Again; this occured in the middle of the game; at
the beginning everything worked fine. All other
players had no problems; so it may be client-based.

c) client map bug

During the game I bribed an enemy city. A few rounds
later it was bribed back by the original owner.
Afterward, on my client the map was buggy:
   - I could still see the city with my flag, but
within a fog of war region
   - I could still open the city dialog; it showed
the last status when the city was still mine.

Well, that was all for today. I hope this helps you
to eleminate some misbehauviours ...

Ingo
