When I "add next" in the F1 view, my city adds a workers unit, regardless of 
what I asked to 
add (unit, improvement, or wonder).  Sometimes, it adds a settler instead, 
which is no better 
(seems to be that it adds a settler when I can't build a worker, i.e. don't 
have pottery, or have 
explosives).  Same happens for "add last" ; but "add first" works fine.  This 
started happening 
about a week ago.
