applied to 2.0 branch.

Subject: 2 minor patches submitted

I've submitted two trivial one-line patches (#10498 and #10510), both
concerning i18n.
Of those #10498 (file not in POTFILES.in) is fairly urgent, because it
prevents localization of a file (only 2 translatable entries, though).
The other one is a trivial bug fix.

Both patches could probably be applied in a few minutes, as they are
obvious.
