Good idea. Can we also make them a ruleset option, so that modpacks can
turn them off completely? They do not apply to whole lot to many modpacks.

We should change the 'popup message' message type to something more sane.
I suggest 'important event' newsflash icons, sort of like a gui-ftwl
button that show up and you need to click on, which will bring up a
dialog. Then we can send science dialog and so on as an ordinary event,
and user can choose where and how to display it.

The /score popup. It is a popup that other players can make happen to you
at will, thus the most evil of them all.
