[Freeciv-Dev] gui-ftwl

Now gui-ftwl should be runnable from cvs with no extra files. Compile with

        # ./autogen.sh --enable-client=ftwl --enable-ftwl=x11

then run with

        # civserver --file mysave.sav.gz
        # civclient -n myuser -a

to see it in action. I only added the implemented buttons. The rest I
