Obviously you shouldn't get any founding bonus when a new traderoute
replaces an old one.  Patch wanted.

But note that there is still some bonus, even if you send a caravan to a
city you already have a traderoute in.  This may give a large profit, I
suppose, since it's dependent on the size of the cities.  This isn't
cheating but it's certainly more micromanagement than is good.
