Example of .rpmmacros _file_ is attached.
You need also have 5 subdirectories in %_topdir: BUILD, RPMS, SOURCES,
SPECS and SRPMS.
They all are created at install any *.src.rpm package.
In my case, dirs are ~/RPM/BUILD, ~/RPM/RPMS etc.
