Compared to what was happening at some point when an AI unit would control
your vessel from a distance (i.e. not even boarding it), this is not a bug
;)

Anyway, thanks for the report, it would be easier for me to check it if
you send me a savegame (directly to my mail or use "comment" button in
rt.freeciv.org)
