The file utility/fciconv.h doesn't #include <stdio.h>, and neither does
shared.h, which it does #include.

It needs to #include it somewhere, since it uses FILE on line 29.

Yes, this is preventing win32 from compiling, and placing an #include
<stdio.h> in gui-win32/gui_main.c does fix it, but I think it should be
included anyway.
