It's been quite a while since I've done any work on this theme, and I 
haven't been following the mailing lists too closely for a while 
either.  I notice that at some point gui-fs became gui-ftwl...
I'd like to finish it at some point but work and other commitments are 
keeping me very busy and are likely to keep doing so until Christmas.  
I don't even have time to play Freeciv, let alone mod it.
One advantage of this though is that I now have a lovely new Mac 
Powerbook so I will be able to make future graphics in much better 
resolutions than I could on my Amiga.  Also means I'll actually be able 
to play the cvs version instead of 1.14.0 all the time.
So I'll get back to it in the New Year...  sorry about the wait.
