[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#9891) autoconf2.13 problem

When I compile on an older system I get

./configure: line 633: syntax error near unexpected token `version.in'
./configure: line 633: `m4_include(version.in)'


[jdorje@freeciv:~/freeciv]$ /home/andi/win-compile/bin/automake --version
automake (GNU automake) 1.4
