Vasco's been working on this for a while, and it's almost ready.  The 
idea is that it would replace the main Freeciv pages, instead of using 
http://www2.freeciv.org/.

For another example of such an idea see http://freedesktop.org/.  This 
site is quite a bit more refined.

However there are some bugs.  They should be reported here.

One bug is with translation.  Freeciv.org has links to translated pages. 
  But the wiki does not.  Someone said that wiki has support for 
translations, but based on the differences between 
http://en.wikipedia.org/ and http://fr.wikipedia.org/ I don't think 
that's true.  So I think we need to keep the same links and the 
translated pages either use wiki or don't.

Another problem is the lack of refinement.  The page is obviously 
generated.  The biggest problem I have is that the main page says "Main 
Page" up at the top.  Well duh.

Also there is still a GFDL icon at the bottom, although the licence is 
actually GPL.
