This patch should fix it
It also moves notification message "A local server is still running. Use
\"Connect to Network Game\" to connect to it." from gui-gtk2/menu.c into
connectdlg_common.[ch] and changes it into: "A local server is still
running on port %d. Use \"Connect to Network Game\" to connect to it."
