[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#3708) new isotrident_shields tileset

I am a big fan of isotrident_shields, but unfortunately it no longer
works with current CVS head.  Could you please make an updated version?
 I would suggest that you put _all_ modified files in data/isoshields. 
Some duplication is OK at this stage.  The important thing is to make it
work, and not interfere with the main distribution.
