When I add a clause (get see map from my meeting partner, AI) and remove it,
I get a 'thumbs up' from him, even when there are no clauses left in the
window. So far irritating. When I accept treaty, we have a "treaty with 0
clauses".
I think 'sign treaty' button shouldn't be available when there are no
clauses.
