I know nothing about the accuracy of this. But I can give some
technical comments:
- The flag needs to be added to misc/flags.png and misc/flags.spec. At
a minimum it should be the same size as the other flags (no bigger than
30x30).
- You may want to add some natural city naming descriptions. See the
city lists of other rulesets.
- You should add a civilwar_nations list. This is used to chose the
nation created if your country goes into civil war, and also to pick
names from when the ruleset runs out.
