[Freeciv-Dev] city dialog scrollbars

Hi all,
When there are many units (more than a dialogs width) in a city, a
second up-down scrollbar comes up...that you cant get rid of when
resizing the window. This is OK (works fine) but its a slight waist of
space and you cant see your entire unit. *shrug*
