Neutral Leader model


Leader can appear is some situation. Great Battles, Great Diplomatics
Action, Great civilization achievement (first wonder, ).

This Leaders can used for drive a Military campaign, Diplomatic action,
or Politics action.


Military campaign, the Leader found a army. If Great Leader Dead, this
army can used to get a new Great Leader ( a militaristic one)


Diplomatic action: the Leader can used to create a Great Diplomat. (to
define best)if Great Leader Dead, this Great Diplomat can used to get a
new Great Leader ( a Diplomatic one)


Politics action:the Leader can used to create a Great Governor (reduce
corruption and stop revolt in the city) if Great Leader Dead, this Great
Governor can used to get a new Great Leader ( a industrious one)


The profile of the civilization and the reaction of others ones is
defined by the government type and for the Leader type.


The civilization need Leader, the Great Leader. If this Leader disappear
and no other Leader are available  the civilization split. At begin of
game or after split there are no leader, we need to find the first !
First wonder first conquest first allied.


This is no more a “medieval” model. ;-)
