In a Multiplayer game, in the diplomatic menu, the advancements 
beginning with "t" to "z" can´t be given to another player. In The tech 
list that are the tech nr 100 and beyond it.
The techs appear in the list, and when you klick on them nothing 
happens.
If you close the diplomatic window and open it again, the techs will be 
shown, but they can´t given.
But the techs can be stolen by a diplomat.
