This patch updates README.graphics, explaining how to use GIMP to save
the tileset file as an indexed PNG. Tileset designers presumably
already know how to do this, but beginners probably won't.

+
+Different clients support different graphics formats. All of them should
+support PNG, however, so this is what you should use. The XAW client
+currently only supports indexed PNGs.
+
+Using GIMP, you can use the following steps to convert an image to an
+indexed PNG:
+
+  * Choose the menu entry "Image" -> "Mode" -> "Indexed" (alt-I).
+ * Choose the "Generate Optimal Palette" option, with no color dithering.
+  * Accept these options.
+ * Choose the menu entry "File" -> "Save As..."
+  * Save the file as xxx.png.
+ * I recommend choosing a high level of compression.
