I'm running from the current CVS code (10/7/03) and getting a crash with
the following message:

Assertion failed: get_transporter_occupancy(punit) <=
get_transporter_capacity(punit), file sanitycheck.c, line 284

I'm attaching the save game.  Attach as "bretta" and hit "Turn Done" and
it should crash at that point.
