I hacked a fix for the Spanish translation which makes it compile again.

Since my Spanish is limited by "hola" and some swear words, it is likely
that I corrupted the translation. Here is the list of lines I touched:

file=./`echo es | sed 's,.*/,,'`.gmo \
  && rm -f $file && /usr/bin/msgfmt -c --statistics -o $file es.po
es.po:571: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does
not match
es.po:1113: 'msgstr' is not a valid C format string, unlike 'msgid'
es.po:2739: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does
not match
es.po:5287: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does
not match
es.po:12971: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does
not match
es.po:13019: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both begin with '\n'
es.po:13025: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both begin with '\n'
es.po:13070: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does
not match
/usr/bin/msgfmt: found 8 fatal errors

I think most of them are due to strict checking, the "-c" option of
msgfmt.

There is one case in which msgfmt seems to be inadequate: when the
translated string has less format specifications on purpose. I don't know
how to resolve it. I know there was a debate on freeciv-de, but it was
half in German and my German is even worse than my Spanish.
