In the Diplomacy Meeting dialog, if you type in a value for Gold, and
then press enter, it shows "The xxxx's give 0 gold" in the Clauses.  If
you use the spin buttons it shows the correct gold value.  If you set it
to 10 gold with the spin button, but then type a value of 15 and press
enter, it will show only 10 gold.
