Ok, I fixed ticket 3548, it was an ì that was causing all the problems
and I don't know how to fix it.  I've replaced ì with `i in that ticket
and decided to leave it at that.

Please let me know if you find any other problems with RT3.  I plan to
move towards using RT3 in place of RT2 soon.

It is still very slow.  When I move it over to the current rt hardware
expect about a 2x gain in performance.  Past that we'll probably have to
spend some money.
