Ok, only one small bug left now and S1_14 can compile gtk2 on mingw32 out
of the box (the iconv thing).

However, iso drawing speed is abyssmal. It takes almost a second for each
redraw.

In non-iso mode, the drawing speed is very good. However, smooth unit
moves do not work, so units move too fast to be able to see them moving.

If someone could have a look at why smooth unit moves doesn't work in gtk2
client w mingw32, then we're very close to being able to roll a gtk2 based
win32 client.

We'd have to make it non-iso only, though.
