Per subsequently sent a patch to rt@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx which can be seen on
the website but doesn't show up here.

Conversely I recently noticed I replied to a message here and my reply
didn't show up in RT.  (I may have replied to freeciv-dev by accident.)

This way patches will be lost.  Perhaps it is better to stop
forwarding RT mail to freeciv-dev altogether?  I don't know if there
is a way for an RT user to say "send me all RT tickets by mail" or
"send me all RT tickets meeting certain criteria by mail".
Does RT's watch function provide this?

Sorry not to be finding this out myself.  I can if nobody else does.
