Does this mean my data file rollup patch is in?

I tried checking through the RT patch tracker, but something in the
JavaScript over there has come unstuck. "Requestor email contains:"
searches don't seem to work any more -- the "Search Criteria" box on
the left indicates they're being turned into "Requestor LIKE" searches,
but nothing comes back.

I've written a Python class that can parse FreeCiv data files. I plan to
combine it with the Python Imaging Library to write a little tool to make
composing flags and shields for nations easier.
