[Freeciv-Dev] Using unit_type_iterate where it should be used.

The history goes as follows:
1. I put the TODO comment about a year ago in my AI-flying patch.
2. The unit_type_iterate came into existence in CVS (I think after I suggested
that it can be useful).
3. AI-flying patch was committed but the TODO comment was forgotten.

Now it's time to do it!
