[Freeciv-Dev] New metaserver small patch #2

This patch changes fc_lookup_host to also fill the port number. It moves the
fdopen wrapper in client/clinet.c to common/netintf.c.

It also removes MacOS OpenTransport support from server/meta.c.
No sense in supporting a dead duck since even Apple has seen the light and now
includes BSD socket support in MacOS X. Not to mention the really
important pieces of the code did not support OpenTransport either. I don't
think running a Freeciv server which solely reports to the metaserver that
it is available for serving and then doesn't listen to incoming client
connections is very useful. So off it goes.
