locale is en_IE@euro for everything. There is no command called
"pkg-config" on my system, and neither do I have GTK+ 2.0.
"rpm -q --all | grep gtk" says:
gtk-engines-0.10-12
pygtk-libglade-0.6.6-7

gtk+-1.2.9-4
