Related to this, when you reply to the original RT posting, you are only 
given one "To:" possibility, the one through RT.  Which I still think is 
very sensible.

However, when you reply to a reply to an RT posting, you are also offered
to CC it to the list and to the reporter (sometimes only to one of these)  
in addition to the normal RT email.  This is wrong, or at least
inconsistent with the above behaviour.

Concerning the above behaviour, some people asked for an opportunity to 
send their replies directly to the bug reporter, without spamming the list 
unnecessarily.  Maybe RT can be configured (or hacked) to parse the 
message and if it sees "*PC*" (personal comment) or something like this in 
the first few lines, only forward the message to the reporter (and record 
it in it's database, which is also good)?

I know it's a bit complicated...
